Our dry-aged meat has matured for  40 days in a special maturing cabinet. Dry-aging concentrates the flavor and taste and allow the beef’s natural enzymes to break down the connective tissue, making it more tender. Dry aging beef is the ultimite taste of beef you can have on the braai!
